12 Ways to Reduce Premature Skin Aging From DIY Beauty School

Wrinkles and fine lines are natural parts of aging, but they don’t have to be permanent. Many people use costly beauty treatments to try to reduce wrinkles, but there are also many healthy and natural ways to look younger at a low cost. Some of these ways include facial exercises, avoiding sugary foods and getting enough sleep. Other methods involve lifestyle changes, such as applying moisturizer regularly or wearing loose-fitting clothing to hide jiggling body parts.

Let's get a closer look at premature skin aging and what we can do about it. 

1. Eat a healthy well-balanced diet .A good diet is crucial for healthy skin, so make sure you’re consuming a balanced one that’s rich in vitamins and minerals. According to Harvard Health, eating protein-rich foods can help prevent wrinkles, as can vitamin C. The vitamin is found naturally in many fruits and vegetables, such as rose hips, chili peppers and guava, or you can get it from a supplement or from topical creams.

2. Drinking plenty of water is another great way to hydrate your skin from the inside out. It can also help fight off the signs of aging, such as fine lines and dark circles around the eyes. Some studies suggest that consuming more omega-3 fatty acids can help keep the skin looking young and healthy.

3. Protect your skin from the sun everyday. Wearing sunscreen is a great way to protect your skin from the sun’s damaging UV rays. It’s important to apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher every day, even when it’s cloudy. If you’re particularly sensitive to sunlight, consider a mineral-based sunscreen that is less likely to cause irritation.Protect your skin from the sun every day. 4. Get a good night sleep. It is important for your general health, but it can also be helpful for maintaining your complexion. Getting adequate amounts of sleep can reduce your risk of developing puffy bags under the eyes and redness and dryness in the skin, and it can also reduce the appearance of wrinkles.

7. Cleanse your skin gently without soap. Scrubbing your skin clean can irritate your skin. Irritating your skin accelerates skin aging. Gentle washing helps to remove pollution, makeup, and other substances without irritating your skin.
Wash your face twice a day and after sweating heavily. Perspiration, especially when wearing a hat or helmet, irritates the skin, so you want to wash your skin as soon as possible after sweating.
Apply a facial moisturizer every day. Moisturizer traps water in our skin, giving it a more youthful appearance. A simple routine in the morning can improve skin turgor dramatically. Just wash your face with ice every morning and check the change in 2 weeks. Your skin will look amazing! 

8. Stop smoking today!  When your skin stings from smoking, it means your skin is irritated and full of toxins. Irritating your skin can make it look older. In addition, a classic silk scarf can camouflage sagging neck skin, while a blouse that hits at the shoulders can cover jiggling arms. Finally, a flattering pair of shoes can hide sagging ankles. By following some of these simple tips, you can look younger at a low cost and without the risks associated with some cosmetic surgery procedures.

12. Do not go under the knife or do not use Botox to look younger. Remember - there is no way back after these procedures and you will never see your face again. You will lose micromimics and facial expressions. May be it takes time and effort to do facial exercises, but definitelly it is safer cheaper and more natural way to look younger!
