What is the best way to start classes with “DIY BEAUTY school”?
The best way to start with DIY Beauty programs is to do the Face Fitness video Program “Pajama complex – beautify your face and body!” It prepares the face and body for effective transformation and face rejuvenation and boosts energy for the day.
After this complex, your face and body are prepared to move on to the “Basic transformation – 10 years off” Face fitness video program or Face Marathon.

What do I need to start with DIY BEAUTY school?
All you need is to register and sign up for a DIY BEAUTY course of your choice, find 5-40 minutes a day to do the exercises, have access to the internet, and of course, have the will to see the best version of yourself.

What is the difference between Beauty Marathons and Video Courses presented by “DIY BEAUTY school”?
Beauty Marathons have deadlines which guarantee to the marathoners the prominent results if they follow directions correctly and regularly. Marathons have a system for scoring photos of participants and give away valuable prizes, which is a great motivation for participants not only to improve their appearance but also to win prizes!
Video courses are great for people who would like to advance at their own pace and there are no prizes and voting for photos of participants.

How much time does it take to do exercises?
Daily exercises will take from 5 to 40 minutes a day.

Why upload “before” and “after” photos?
To track your progress you need to take a “before” photo of yourself. You can skip this point if you like, but many of our marathoners are very sorry that they miss it. Take a picture at least for yourself. The “before” photo is the very first and most important task in our marathons. In most cases, the “after” photo is a stunning surprise for the participants.

What age is best to start doing the exercises?
There is no upper or lower age threshold unless you have contraindications.

What are contraindications for “DIY BEAUTY” courses?
Contraindications are the same as for regular massage therapy.

When can I expect the first results?
You can expect the first results after 1 week of continuous work and following the exercises correctly. The progress may vary as each student is individual and achieves results at his own pace.

What difficulties may occur during the exercises?
At the very beginning, your hands and neck may hurt and you can experience light muscle pain. Your body needs to rebuild its’ muscle chain anew and form a new habit. Continue to work at a comfortable speed and your body will get to the norm soon.

Can protrusion of discs, hernias, and vertebral displacement be treated as Contraindications?
Any instability of the cervical spine, arthritis of the joints, misplacement of the intervertebral joint, herniated intervertebral discs, protrusion of discs, chronic muscle spasms of the back and neck should be taken seriously. Exercises can exacerbate hernias or other long-standing problems and inflammations that you don't even know about. If you have doubts and not sure about the problems with the spine, it is very important to consult with your orthopedist, neurologist, and physician to be sure that you can make the gymnastics. Skip the exercises for the back and neck, if you have doubts, and do only facial exercises.

Can I do exercises if I am pregnant or lactating?
For pregnant women, we do not recommend any courses or marathons because deep muscle work can provoke uterine tone. For lactating women, you can do everything except for lymphatic drainage exercises. We will inform additionally in video instruction about lymphatic drainage exercises.

Can I do exercises if I have a cold or falling sick?
It is not recommended to do exercises if you fall sick and have a sore throat or flu, toothache, or any other illnesses. Exercises increase blood circulation and lymph outflow and can spread the infection throughout the lymphatic system. We advise you to take a break and cure your illness fist, even if you run a marathon. You will have a chance to catch up. Please, do not put yourself at risk.

What to do if there is a rash or acne on the skin?
Rash or acne on the skin points out that there can be a certain inflammatory process in the body. Exercises can force the old infection to grow and aggravate the problem. We recommend curing the inflammation first and continue with exercises when the acute inflammatory process is over.

Is it possible to be on a diet during the Beauty Marathons or Video Courses?
When you decide to run a beauty marathon or take a video course, we recommend keeping your normal daily nutrition. If you keep a diet, you lose proteins and fats, which leads to muscle and subcutaneous fat loss, and as a result, saggy skin and extra wrinkles.

Can I do exercises after plastic surgery?
You can engage in marathons and video courses 6 months after undergoing plastic surgery. Exercises smooth out the effects of aggressive cosmetology.

Can I do exercises after Botox injections?
Yes, you can do the exercises only 1 month after the procedure. Exercises restore the muscle exposed to the toxin and smooth out the negative reaction of the body to Botox. It can also minimize the effect of the injection.

Can I do exercises after filler injections?
Yes, you can engage in marathons and video courses 1 month after undergoing filler injections. Exercises smooth out the skin after injections.

Can I do exercises if I had mezzanines done to my face?
Yes, you can do the exercises only 1 month after the procedure. Exercises help soften and diminish fibrotic tissues, resulting from the procedure.

Can I combine DIY BEAUTY exercises with any kind of sport like Pilates Yoga or Gym?
Sure you can. After exercising, stretch out your muscles very well, do not overstrain the trapezius and neck muscles, and do not get cold after exercising. You will be perfectly well.
