    You would need a big table mirror or a wall mirror, hygienic napkins to clean your face, face oil, face cream, or spray water.

  • 2. When can I expect the first results?

    The results are individual and may vary, but usually, you will see first changes in a week. “Before” and “after” photos will help you trace your process.

  • 3. For how long do I have access to video exercises when the marathon is over?

    You will have access to the marathon video lessons for 60 days. Marathon takes 30 days and you will have 30 days left access to the library of exercises to consolidate skill or catch up if you need it.

  • 4. Why is it recommended to start with the “Pajama complex” Video Course?

    Pajama complex is a starting point in DIY BEAUTY courses. It prepares your face and body for effective transformation to a younger and more effective body. These exercises activate all circulatory systems and help to release stiff muscles in the back and neck, which is crucial for the youth and beauty of a face.

  • 5. Can I combine the “Basic transformation – 10 years off” marathon with other courses?

    You can combine this marathon with “Pajama complex – beautify your face and body”. The “Basic transformation – 10 years off” marathon is fundamental and will be enough for you for the next 2 months. After you finish it, your face and hands will be ready to move on to the next stage. Remember that your total time spent on exercises should not be more than 25-40 minutes a day, for all courses. It will guarantee 100 % effectiveness.

  • 6. Why should I do exercises for my neck and upper back first? Why can’t we start directly from the face?

    All muscles of our body are united in myofascial chains. And a violation of the tone of even one muscle upsets the balance of the entire muscle structure of the face and neck.
