    You can combine the “Basic transformation – 10 years off” video course only with video course “Pajama complex – beautify your face and body”. This course is fundamental and will be enough for you for the next 6 months. After you finish it, your face and hands will be ready to move on to the next stage. We do not recommend combining it with any other course except for the “Pajama complex”. Remember that your total time spent on exercises should not be more than 35–40 minutes a day for all courses. It can guarantee 100 % effectiveness.
